Sweet Romance
Naomi Rivers is a wife writing team and retired U.S. veterans who craft heartfelt lesbian romance and women’s fiction filled with love, connection, and happily ever afters. I write stories that make me feel good. Stories that speak to that little girl from the Westside of Detroit and tell her that her imagination will take her far if she just lets it.
The stories I write are for the girls that want to just live in their sexuality and to be free in who they are naturally. It took me a long time to love who I am the way God made me. Who am I to not encourage others to do the same?
While I’m new to the scene, I’m here to write the stories of my own heart, my own fantasies, and to bring a few folks along for the ride.
I’ve been making up stories since my pretty little lips learned how to speak…
I’ve been writing since I learned cursive. It started with poetry in high school, and then I began embellishing those poems with background stories, interesting characters, etc. Influenced by the likes of Brenda Jackson, Eric Jerome Dickey, and Christina C. Jones, so far, I’m having fun creating stories about healthy Black romance sprinkled with tidbits of family drama.
S.Cassadera was born and raised in Georgia, where her creative imagination and a love of reading encouraged her to write her own stories in her early 20s. She’s currently signed to Major Key Publishing and has achieved great success with her novel, The Predatory Pastor. It has topped Amazon’s Black & African American Christian bestseller list. Her other titles topped Amazon’s New Releases, Wolves in Sheep’s Clothing and Faking It For The Holidays. She writes Contemporary Romance, Christian Fiction, and dabbles with Romance Suspense.
I write under the pen name Ara Moore. Ara Moore was my grandmother, she was my hero and best friend and the epitome of the “StrongBlack Woman”. To honor her memory I write about black women who live a life of ease while being loved and protected by the black men who love them. I write sweet and contemporary romance with a little bit of spice. My favorite tropes are Second Chance and Friends to Lovers.
