Monet’s writing style grew into one filled with love and transparency. C. Monet is a mother of three, a wife, and lover of wine and 80’s R & B music. She’s currently signed to B. Love, where she’s released 10 books and hopes to eventually become a writer full time
D.S. Little writes contemporary African American romance and unapologetic fiction that inspires others. Growing up, writing became an escape for her and the way she learned to express herself. Over the years she has written plays, monologues, stories, and other programs for various entities. She started writing fiction full-time in 2016 on Wattpad, with readers describing her stories as “having emotionally compelling characters that stay with you.” She is now signed with Delphine Publications and her novel “Rookie Mistakes” will be released on November 28, 2018.
I write urban romance, to give myself a genre was very hard because in my eyes I’m just writing my own views of love, and trying to make sure that all women who read my books is enough. We don’t need extras to be amazing and find love while we are at it! Which is why all my characters symbolize strong black women!
D.Rose is a blogger and writer based out of the DMV. Since childhood she has always had a passion for reading and writing. Have written for various blogs and for the newspaper at her Alma Mater writing has always been a part of her life. Over the years she has been working to perfect her craft.
After obtaining her Bachelors degree in psychology she has found the time to fully devote herself to self-publishing. In 2018, she will be publishing her first novel with many more to come.
I’m just a California Girl who happens to live in the dirty south and loves being black and writing for my people. When I started in my writing journey I knew I wanted my characters to be authentic to the culture. I knew I could make the outcome of my stories whatever I wanted them to be and not what society deems the black love or black household. I write real black stories, real black love, real black life.
