Chyna T has been a hybrid published and self published author since 2015. Her first series, Every D-boy's Dream, made her an Amazon bestselling author. She became a publisher in 2016 with Cokane Publications. She also opened an independent author ONLY bookstore in Tallahassee, Fl called Book Teas in 2016. In 2017, Erica took a hiatus from fiction writing to become a certified life coach, which she achieved in 2019. She created her platform, Healing and Building, based on situations and people she survived while growing into the well-rounded coach and author that she is. During that time, she wrote 4 self-help books. In 2023, she signed a new hybrid publishing deal with national bestselling author, Racquel Williams Presents. Her first new fiction series and release is Her Man, My Sneaky Link, which is book 1 releases June 20! Erica always possessed a passion to help independent and self published authors get their physical books into more homes and build their readership so all readers know they produce awesome stories. Since the idea of Indie Book Fair was to create a space for authors to be known and loved, she also scheduled a whole literary appreciation weekend to honor not just authors but other independent publishers, alpha and beta readers, audiobook narrators, cover art and book illustrators, promotion and marketing companies, and more.

Everyone deserves to be loved, regardless of trauma from their past or present, or the challenges that may lie in their future. Zariah L. Banks believes, “There is someone out there who will love us for exactly who we are, but the journey isn’t about finding them. A mother, a teacher, and an avid world traveler. I love to get lost in a story, whether it's by another author or one of my own. When I'm not penning my next story, I'm taking care of my kids, spending time in nature, reading, or binge-watching old movies.

I’ve been making up stories since my pretty little lips learned how to speak…
I’ve been writing since I learned cursive. It started with poetry in high school, and then I began embellishing those poems with background stories, interesting characters, etc. Influenced by the likes of Brenda Jackson, Eric Jerome Dickey, and Christina C. Jones, so far, I’m having fun creating stories about healthy Black romance sprinkled with tidbits of family drama.
